1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Dispatch

• - Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the goods have not been dispatched.
• - To cancel an order, contact our customer support at helpdesk@adtchemical.com or call +919619303600 with your Order ID.

b. After Dispatch

• Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is not allowed.
• If you refuse delivery, any refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

a. Damaged or Defective Products

• - You must report visible damages or defects within 3 working days of receiving the goods.
• - Share photographs and relevant details at helpdesk@adtchemical.com for verification.

b. Incorrect Product Delivered

• - If the product received is not what was ordered, notify us within 3 working days.
• - We will arrange for pickup and ship the correct item upon verification.

c. Return Conditions

• Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Opened containers, tampered seals, or used products will not be accepted for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• - Products ordered on special request or in bulk/custom quantities.
• - Products that have been opened, tampered with, or used.
• - Products returned after the stipulated return window.

4. Refund Process

• - Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
• - In case of replacement, shipping of the new item will be initiated after the returned product is received and verified.

5. Shipping & Handling Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
• For refused or undelivered orders due to customer error, round-trip shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
