1. Standard Dispatch Timeline

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment receipt.

  • Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

 

 

2. Delivery Timeline

  • After dispatch, delivery time varies by location:

    • Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane: 1–7 days

    • Maharashtra (Rest): 5–12 days

    • Pan-India: 10–30 days depending on destination and transport availability

  • Delivery delays may occur due to transport strike, weather issues, material load availability, or unforeseen logistics challenges.

 

 

3. Shipping Method

  • ADT Industries ships using trusted transport partners, depending on location and order weight.

  • Heavy goods and pallet loads are shipped through surface transport / cargo trucks.

 

 

4. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Complete payment,

  • Product availability check,

  • Customer approval for transport charges (if applicable).

 

 

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on distance, weight, and order volume.

  • Special schemes or offers—including free transport on select products—will be communicated at the time of order.

 

 

6. Tracking & Status Updates

  • Customers receive regular dispatch updates, LR number, and transport contact details on request.

  • For any shipment-related query, customers can contact our support team below.

 

 

7. Damaged or Missing Goods

  • If goods are damaged or missing at the time of delivery, customers must:

    • Inform us within 24 hours of receipt,

    • Share photos, videos, or delivery receipt remarks.

  • ADT Industries will investigate and provide a resolution as per company policy.

 

 

8. Delivery Address

  • Customers must ensure the delivery address is correct and accessible for heavy vehicle entry.

  • Any return trip or unloading difficulty will be charged to the customer.
