ADT MPU 150 Modified PU Sealant for Expansion and Movement Joints (600 ml * 20 pcs)

Every building moves. Joints between concrete panels, around window frames and along expansion gaps open and close with heat, load and time, and a rigid filler in that gap cracks and lets water straight in. The seal has to flex with the joint for years without splitting or pulling away. ADT MPU 150 is our modified-polyurethane joint sealant built to do exactly that, staying elastic in the joint while it keeps the weather out.

It's a modified-polyurethane sealant, gunned straight into the joint and tooled off, where it cures to a tough, rubber-like seal that moves with the joint instead of fighting it. It bonds firmly to concrete, masonry, metal and most building substrates, so it holds its grip on both faces of the joint as they move apart and back together. That combination of adhesion and flexibility is what stops the seal failing at the edges the way a hard filler does.

We make it for the joints that have to stay sealed under real conditions, expansion and movement joints, perimeter joints around frames, and general weather sealing on facades and external work. It takes weather and UV exposure, holds its seal through the joint's movement cycles, and gives a clean, consistent finish once tooled.
