You add water and apply it in either a thin or a thick bed, which lets it take up surface variation that a thin-set alone can't. It's non-skid so tiles don't slide, water resistant, and it bonds on difficult surfaces for a long-term hold. It also fixes AAC and CLC lightweight concrete blocks, not just tiles.
That makes it a flexible single product across residential, commercial and industrial work, fixing tiles on uneven or demanding surfaces and doubling as a block-laying adhesive. It works on floor and wall.
